Co-ops serve an important part in the success of many homeschool families. But not all are successful in implementing their original intent.
This nuts and bolts works shop will help leaders learn:

How to write a mission statement for the co-op that gathers in families and releases others.

How to manage the co-op so that everyone claims ownership of it.

How to pass the baton of leadership or close the door of the co-op with integrity.
